SP3 London specialises in delivering high quality design within the prime residential, hospitality and commercial market. We provide each of our clients with a fully comprehensive service from Design, Design and Project Management, FF&E Specification and Procurement. We work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who with their individual expertise allow SP3 London to design and deliver an impeccable product.
We will act as the one point of contact allowing the process to become easier and more manageable for the client. If required SP3 London will manage everything from the design, to sourcing the right consultants, coordinating the team and managing the process from start to finish. We will ensure that the design is being managed on site in order to achieve a high quality end product.
SP3 London are client focused, and each project is tailored accordingly. We are happy to work alongside a contractor on a Design and Build basis where the contractor will be appointed early on in the design process enabling the design to be developed alongside the contractor. Alternatively we can go down a two stage route or the traditional route and produce a fully detailed design pack that can then be costed by a QS and tendered or negotiated with a selected contractor. This will be discussed with each individual client and their preferred way forward as time can also be a critical part of this decision.
