SP3 London delivered a full turnkey solution of this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Knightsbridge. We carried out the interior design, design management, project management and FF&E procurement for this spacial fantastic home. The transformation of this space allowed the family of 5 to enjoy their cosy new home whilst enjoying the latest AV system and functionality required. The design management process was extremely important across this project to ensure the clients vision and style was implemented on this full turnkey project.

Designing Contemporary Living Spaces

SP3 London transformed this open-plan living and dining area into a refined, multifunctional family space through expert design management and FF&E procurement.

A bespoke media wall was crafted to house the integrated AV system, paired with low-profile armchairs and a tailored sofa for a warm, contemporary feel. The dining zone features a matte black oval table and sculptural chairs, complemented by a custom drinks station with mirrored detailing. Thoughtfully selected lighting, artwork and soft furnishings complete the space, creating a sophisticated yet inviting environment tailored for everyday living and effortless entertaining.

Creating Calm and Contemporary Bedroom Retreats

We specified and delivered a soft, tonal palette to evoke calm, layering textured wall coverings with plush carpets for warmth underfoot. An upholstered bed was paired with custom bedside tables and sculptural glass lamps for balance and elegance. The dressing area was designed with integrated lighting, sleek joinery and a floating vanity to maximise space and functionality. Bold, contemporary artwork was curated to add personality and contrast. Every detail, from cushion styling to ambient lighting, was coordinated to reflect our client’s taste while ensuring comfort, luxury and enduring design cohesion.

Designing High End Marble Bathrooms

We designed and installed into this master bathroom a custom double vanity in honed stone with concealed lighting by adding a black lit onyx wall to provide ambient glow and architectural presence. Marble-mounted taps and integrated mirrors with vertical lighting strips ensure practicality with a sleek, contemporary edge. Niches were recessed into the walls to house everyday essentials discreetly, while large format stone flooring enhances continuity and calm. The surrounding mirrored panels expand the sense of space and light. Every material, fitting and fixture was perfectly specified and procured by our team to balance visual impact with everyday usability.
